Service Scope
IduScore is a non-medical wellbeing product available only in Switzerland. It provides wellbeing information and educational insights based on information supplied by the customer, questionnaire responses, and blood-marker data.
IduScore does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, disease management, clinical interpretation, or emergency support.
Eligibility
The customer must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Use the service in Switzerland.
Provide accurate contact, questionnaire, and blood-marker information.
Understand that the service is a wellbeing information product and not a medical service.
Products
IduScore may offer:
IduScore Wellbeing Report with blood collection: IduScore coordinates blood collection through a partner lab or collection partner.
IduScore Wellbeing Report without blood collection: the customer provides the required blood-marker data independently.
Exact product names, prices, and included services are shown at checkout.
Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through the IduScore website and Wix checkout. The intended payment provider is Wix Payments if onboarding is successful, with Stripe as fallback.
The customer receives an order confirmation after payment. Payment does not create a medical relationship, clinician-patient relationship, or diagnostic service.
Post-Payment Process
During the launch period, IduScore will contact the customer with next steps within 30 calendar days after payment. This temporary timeline reflects ongoing product, logistics, and legal setup.
After launch readiness, IduScore may replace this with a shorter operational service level.
Blood Collection
For products that include blood collection, IduScore manages the customer flow and coordinates collection with service partners.

Report-Only Biomarker Data
For the report-only product, the customer is responsible for providing all required biomarkers. If any required biomarkers are missing, the customer must obtain the missing markers independently before the report can be generated.
Customers who do not want this responsibility should choose the product that includes blood collection.
Prior Disease and Score Calculation
IduScore calculates a Wellbeing Score for a wellbeing area only if the customer reports no prior disease in that area. If prior disease is reported for a scored area, that area may appear as Not calculated.
This affects only the relevant wellbeing area and does not change the product price, because IduScore still provides other report content and incurs fulfillment and reporting costs.
Doctor-diagnosed diabetes is collected in the questionnaire but does not affect purchase eligibility.
Report Delivery
Once the questionnaire and required blood data are complete, IduScore aims to deliver the report within 1 day maximum.
If data are incomplete, inconsistent, delayed, or technically unusable, delivery may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
Refunds and Cancellations
Customers may cancel within 30 calendar days unless a cost action has already happened.
For the report-only product, the refund right ends when the report is delivered.
For the blood-collection product, the refund right ends when the blood sample is taken. Appointment scheduling alone does not remove the refund right unless a defined non-refundable cost has already been incurred and disclosed to the customer.
Rescheduling is allowed in principle. IduScore may limit or refuse repeated rescheduling, repeated no-shows, or abusive use.
If a blood sample fails, is insufficient, or is unusable, IduScore pays the extra costs of retesting unless it is clear that the customer did not follow preparation instructions, such as fasting, avoiding alcohol, or following standard blood-test preparation instructions.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
Providing accurate information.
Completing the questionnaire honestly and fully.
Providing required blood-marker data or attending scheduled blood collection.
Following preparation instructions for blood collection.
Checking that the report-only product is appropriate before purchase.
Consulting a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or symptoms.
Non-Medical Wellbeing Service
IduScore is a wellbeing information product. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage disease.
The report is informational and educational. It is not a substitute for standard medical care, clinical assessment, diagnostic testing, screening, emergency care, or professional medical advice.
Data Protection
Personal data and health-related data are handled according to the IduScore Privacy Notice and Health Data Consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, IduScore is liable only for direct damage caused by unlawful intent or gross negligence. IduScore is not liable for indirect damage, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, reliance on the report for medical decisions, or customer failure to follow preparation or submission instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Swiss law.
Changes to the Service
IduScore may update the service, product details, partner locations, collection options, timelines, and policies. Material changes affecting paid orders will be communicated where required.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, the courts of St. Gallen, Switzerland, have jurisdiction.
